Inside Sales Representative

PeopleAnswers, a leader in web-based behavioral assessment tools, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Lead Generation Representative. You’ll be part of a rapidly growing team with a core focus of generating new business through market research, smart calling, and email initiatives. This is a great opportunity for experienced or entry level sales professionals to enter the software market, learn how to sell in a complex, multi-contact and consultative environment. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven success supporting a sales team for a complex technology-centric solution.

Responsibilities Include:
• Smart calling executives to discuss talent strategies and introduce PeopleAnswers
• Maximizing lead generation tools to manage and track all sales data
• Ownership of all lead generation strategies to achieve weekly and quarterly goals
• Researching prospective companies and identifying key people to contact
• Discussing sales strategies and tactics with Business Development team
• Participate in weekly training sessions with other Inside Sales Reps and Outside Sales Representatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior sales experience not required
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Highly self-motivated and thrives in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate complex technical and scientific concepts to prospects quickly and easily
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

PeopleAnswers offers a competitive salary with an aggressive bonus plan commensurate with experience. This position is based in Dallas, TX with no travel required.
