Associate Client Account Manager
Infor PeopleAnswers, a leader in web-based behavioral assessment tools, is seeking an Associate Client Account Manager (CAM) to support our growing client community.
Associate CAM’s are focused on supporting their colleagues (Lead Client Account Managers) through the successful launch of new client engagements and all of the project and task management associated with ongoing client management. This person will be called on to work with multiple team members, and over time will directly manage a group of select clients. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven success working with a complex technology-centric solution.
Responsibilities Include: • Answering phone calls and managing emails submitted through the Client Support Help Desk • Supporting the Client Account Managers on numerous client engagements • All software setup and configuration required for new and existing clients • Managing and responding to a continuous flow of incoming client requests • Working with cross-functional teams to meet client goals • Consolidating and reporting client feedback • Preparing key content for professional presentations • Identifying and refining process improvements in account configuration Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 2 years of client related experience (post-sales) • Detail orientation and strong verbal communication skills a must • Track record of successful problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of complex technical concepts • Adept at using common computer software programs (MS Office critical) • Project management experience a plus • Knowledge or experience in the Human Resource field is a plus • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a challenging environment • Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description - we are a thriving company and as a team we cover many areas of responsibility Infor PeopleAnswers offers a competitive salary with an aggressive bonus plan commensurate with experience.
