Data Analyst

PeopleAnswers, a pioneer in web-based behavioral assessments and workforce technologies, is seeking a Data Analyst to support the needs of our growing client community. As an individual contributor, this role will challenge your analytical and problem solving abilities through a variety of engagements. A sample of some research initiatives include; human capital, operational, behavioral, demographic, product effectiveness, and other analysis projects that have a direct impact on our client satisfaction and company growth. The Data Analyst will also play a strategic role by providing analytical support to our Implementation and Customer Relationship teams. The right candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced work environment, possess expertise in statistical analysis techniques, and a passion for data.

Responsibilities Include:
• Conduct large scale research in an applied business setting.
• Develop research design and measurement strategies in a large variety of industries.
• Study retention, efficiency, client usage, and quantify system benefits.
• Develop technical reports to support internal and external client needs.
• Working with data collected in the field to summarize key findings and trends.

Qualifications
• Masters Degree or MBA required, Ph.D. a plus.
• Minimum 1-3 years of applied measurement/statistical experience.
• Proven experience in the investigation, analysis, and reporting of field data.
• Experience filtering and organizing large volumes of data prior to analysis.
• Strong ability to understand/incorporate the big picture into the details of an analysis.
• Sound ability to deliver practical results in a timely manner.
• Proven experience utilizing statistical methods and research designs for data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively conduct and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical writing experience.
• Ability to convey complex issues to a non-technical audience.
• Track record of successful problem-solving and a strong detail orientation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Must have a self-reliant spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment.
• Experience with statistical analysis software is preferred.
• Knowledge of psychological testing and selection system development a plus.

PeopleAnswers offers a competitive salary with an aggressive bonus plan commensurate with experience. Position is based in Dallas, TX.
