Who is Infor Talent Science? Infor, Inc. is a software company that provides its clients with online tools that support the hiring process, including a behavioral assessment. The Infor Talent Science assessment gathers information about candidates? behavioral characteristics and provides companies with additional information regarding their candidates. I am an employee of this company, why do I need to go through this process? If you have been provided information to access this site as an employee, you should have received notification summarizing why this request is being made. In general, companies ask employees to participate as part of a process to understand the preferences of those that are successful in a given role. The assessment is not used at an individual level. Rather, group findings are studied to support the process of hiring future talent that aligns well with those currently in the role. Please contact the individual that requested your participation for further information. What are the next steps after completing the online process? Unless you are contacted by someone within your organization for additional information, no further action is required once you complete the online process. Did I pass? How did I do? The Infor Talent Science assessment is not pass/fail and it is not scored like a typical test. The assessment is designed to gather information about individual preferences. Your assessment results will be combined with those of many others in your role as part of a process to understand the preferences of those that are successful in a given role. Please contact the individual that requested your participation for further information. What do I do if I forget my login ID or password? Your login and password are only necessary if you are re-entering the system after previously registering and you want to continue where you left off. If you can not remember your login ID or password, you may use the click the link labeled "Forgot Login/Password" to retrieve that information. You may also contact us by email at TalentScienceClientSupport@infor.com or call our support line at 1-800-608-4528 during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST) to retrieve your login information. I submitted an online request for my login information, but the response email tells me that I can't be found in the database. What do I do? If you requested your login information and were not found in the database, please submit your online request again, and make sure you include the email address that you used to register with the Infor Talent Science system. If you still cannot be found in the database, please contact our support line at 1-800-608-4528 during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST). If you did not receive an email with your login information, please submit your online request again, and remember to check your "bulk," "spam," and "junk" mail folders in addition to your Inbox.
