    Please ensure that you are uploading either a Word document (.doc or .docx) or a PDF file that is 250 KB or less.

    You enter “N/A” any worded response. If you are asked to enter in dates of employment, use a previous date for “From” and the current date for “To”.

    You will need to type in your full legal name in the appropriate signature box

  5. I am not ready to submit the application page yet. Is there a way to save where I am at?
    Located at the bottom of the application page, there is a button labeled “Save and Finish Later”. Once you have clicked on this button, the system will save what information you entered in and log you out. You will be able to return at a later time to resume your application process.

  6. Why is this pre-employment questionnaire required?
    This questionnaire coupled with interviews and prior work experience helps to ensure a match between candidates and the company, thus promoting a more satisfied and effective team.

  7. How long will the questionnaire take?
    You can expect to spend about 35 to 40 minutes to complete the questionnaires. However, the time spent on each individual question may vary from person to person. Do not spend a lot of time thinking about the questions; your initial reaction to a question is usually the most genuine response.

  8. Can I take a break in the middle of the questionnaire?
    You may start and stop as many times as you want. Simply log out and return to log back in when you are ready.

  10. Can I fail the questionnaire?
    No, this is not a pass/fail process. This is simply a series of questions designed to determine your current attributes as compared to others in the position for which you are being considered. Also, keep in mind that this process is one variable in the entire hiring process.

  11. What are the computer/mobile device requirements for the questionnaire?
    Most computers, mobile devices, and internet browsers will work fine with this site. Please ensure that your screen resolution allows you to read the text of this page without having to scroll horizontally.

  12. I was brought to a page that states “You Have Completed All Questionnaires”, but I did not complete one.
    This page indicates that you have successfully completed the questionnaire in the past either with the company you are currently applying with or another company that uses the same Infor Talent Science assessment. Your assessment responses are uniquely interpreted for each company you apply with.

    The company you are applying with will contact you directly regarding the next steps in the application process should you meet their qualifications.
