Job Requirements:
This position will be responsible for cleaning apartment units and common areas in accordance with Greystar standards.
• Cleans and maintains apartment units in accordance with Greystar standards.
• Cleans and maintains apartment unit models.
• Cleans and maintains vacancies.
• Cleans and maintains all other public access restrooms and common areas.
• Informs management of supply needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are preferred.
