Job Description:
• Produce clear, persuasive copy for advertising campaigns that include print ads, web banners, websites, factsheets and other marketing collateral
• Manage multiple writing and editing projects
• Create voice and identity for new hotel properties sometimes based only on renderings and notes
• Brainstorm copy ideas with other members of the marketing teams;
• Provide editorial review of existing property websites and collateral material
• Proofread copy for spelling and grammar errors
• Assist as needed with press releases and various Evolution Hospitality internal projects
• Copywriter can work from home or work in our beautiful office located in San Clemente
• Hours may vary from 4-10 hours per week
Desired Skills and Experiences:
• Prior copywriting experience
• Demonstrated ability to quickly write compelling, creative marketing materials
• Exceptional writing, grammar, proofreading and editing skills
• Versatile writing skills ranging from creative to journalistic to technical
• Prior experience working in an advertising agency desired
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Storytelling experience
• Experience with travel and hospitality industry desired
