Job Responsibilities/Qualifications include but not limited to:
Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining a well-run and profitable traditional installment loan office
Interact in a positive, calm and effective manner with the public and existing customers
Obtain confidential information for loan applications and answer customer questions
Ability to learn quickly, detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work evenings, Saturdays and overtime when required
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
