First Communities is seeking a dynamic person to join the marketing department as a Marketing Assistant.
Ideal candidates will have strong organization skills, Excel and Word experience, a customer service background, preferably leasing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter, and must possess strong computer skills including knowledge of Yardi and either PopCard or PowerPro.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Development and implementation of monthly marketing plans, weekly marketing reports/summaries.
Supports and assists in new acquisitions and dispositions.
Assist Director of Marketing with rollout of programs and systems such as Popcard, Rent Café, Power Pro, Contact at Once, Indatus, Level One, Entrata, etc.
Assist with implementation of social media accounts, email templates, Craigslist HTML templates, websites, resident portals and other on-line tools.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Publisher or Adobe InDesign experience is a plus. •
