General Job Description Purpose:
The purpose of this job description is to communicate the responsibilities and duties associated with the position of an Office Systems Trainer. It should also be noted that responsibilities and duties might not be specifically addressed.

General Position Summary:
The Office Systems Trainer is responsible for supporting the onsite teams with Systems and Operations. These responsibilities include responding to calls and emails from all associates Company-wide.

Essential Duties:
• 75%-90% serving in the Help desk system on a daily basis with exception of other requested duties.
• Train Property Managers on reports, systems, receivables, and payables.
• Visiting properties to provide coaching upon request.
• Correspond with managers and associates regarding policy and procedures, reports, payroll, and scheduling tasks.
• Review exceptions reports and evaluate help desk needs.
• Be present in corporate meetings and events upon request.
• Build and maintain a support role with a visual presence in the corporate office between 8hrs-16hrs per week.
Education, Knowledge, Skills
• 3-5 years’ experience in property management. On Site experience a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills providing for effective communication with residents, employees, peers, vendors, owners, etc. and to assist in efficient operations.
• Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, YARDI®, and related.
• Mastery of systems to include payroll, checkscan, Nexus, Notivus, Resident screening, Rent café and any systems FCM acquires.
Working Environment/Requirements
Work in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking are occasionally required. Talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity are frequently required. Keying data is repetitive motion and is frequently required. Valid driver’s license is required. Driving or flying to property locations is sometimes required.
