Role Purpose:
You will be responsible for a team of Consultants and Project Managers to implement industry standard processes in customer projects with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency using our ERP system COM and its surrounding suite of components.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor of Infor customers on Executive Management, GM or CxO level regarding best practices and how to make their processes and way of working more efficient
• Support Sales during sales cycle of new sales and upgrade deals
• Develop installed base customers to adopt latest Infor technology and to consider Infor Services as the partner around implementation and optimization
• Represent Infor Services at customer conferences and at User Group meetings
• Close collaboration with all Infor departments to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Participate in Steering Committee Meetings as Infor Project Owner
• Manage escalations properly with a sense of urgency to avoid business impacts for customers and Infor
• Budget planning and Revenue forecast for the team
• Project staffing
• Regular project reviews when required to follow up on project margin, quality and milestones to be met
• Regularly review of KPI’s, e.g.
o Billable Utilization of team
o Backlog Burn planning and execution
o Outstanding Account Receivable
• Involve Subcontractor and Partner to assure seamless delivery and project execution
• Consider Nearshore resources to provide competitive offerings
• Take responsibility for personal development of your team
• Regular performance reviews with direct reports
• Proper communication of company strategy, team goals and achievements to the team
Skills, experience and attributes required:
• Empathetic team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships
• Strong management skills, organizational skills & time management skills
• Hands on mentality with a sense of urgency
• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time across the region as required.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Several years of experience in Services Delivery of Software/ SaaS vendors
• Experience in leading Consulting teams with P&L responsibility
• Proven negotiation skills
• Fluency in German and English language
