We are searching for ambitious Sales Desk Representatives that can hit the ground running to support the aggressive growth of our European Infor Services (IS) sales team.
As a Sales Desk Representative, you will be managing processes to support agreements between Infor Services and our existing customers.
Your Responsibilities / Activities:
• Managing processes to support agreements between Infor Consulting Services and Infor’s existing customers
• Prepare Contracts for IS projects, and build productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams to drive agreement efficiencies and facilitate deal closure
• Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
• Comply with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders and report progress
• Ensure compliance with published Pricing, Sales and Business Approval policies
• Build on customer relationships, gaining commitment and ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal Sales with regards to process and pricing requirements
• Work with a mentor to set goals for your career development, e.g. in Inside Sales or other Infor Departments
• Working with DACH regional Sales, Services Delivery, Legal and directly with German speaking Customers to build contractual offers that help address our customers’ business needs
Your education, experience & skills which makes You The One:
• German language on B2 level
• English language on B2 level
• Any additional European language is considered a benefit
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar required, technical discipline preferred
• Services and/or Sales Background Experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
• MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required
• Customer-oriented approach
• Strong teaming skills and demonstration of proactive leadership
• Ability to develop senior level business relationships
