In a fun, competitive and collaborative culture, BDR managers work with our BDRs to generate qualified leads for our sales organization through relevant and engaging social selling, e-mailing, and calling prospects and customers, in order to understand their business needs while consistently delivering Infor’s value proposition.
Associate BDR Managers are responsible for:
• Interviewing and hiring top talent
• Onboarding and professional development
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Enablement
• Leveraging innovative tools and technology supporting modern prospecting
• Responsible for a sales quota in support of driving pipeline revenue for the sales organization
• Ongoing enablement and training of the Team in building a sales pipeline to increase revenue growth
• Reporting on Team achievement
• Key contributor in elevating advanced prospecting and employee engagement best practices at a global level – leading global management oriented projects as well as BDR lead initiatives
Preferred Experience:
• Must have 4-year college degree
• 2 years of professional work experience
• Work experience in the software industry
• Management experience
• Sales or Business Development experience
