Job Purpose:

Are you a high performing enterprise software salesperson who enjoys challenging customers to dream big by revealing opportunities to significantly improve their business processes? If so, we have the perfect job for you.
The Global Account Manager (GAM) will be responsible for direct business development for a named list of large enterprise accounts. The GAM shall identify and qualify new sales opportunities and execute an intelligent pursuit plan to sell GT Cloud Supply Chain services to an identified target list of large enterprise organizations, while maintaining successful relationships with clients beyond the initial software sale.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop business in 12-15 named global accounts
• Achieve annual subscription quota bookings target
• Strategy and planning - develop global account plans for target accounts (including tactical opportunity plans) to ensure annual revenue targets are achieved
• Create demand with new and existing customers; develop and execute complex selling strategies and
tactics across global account opportunities
• Trusted advisor – build/establish solid senior management (e.g. CXX) relationships based on deep
knowledge of customer‘s global business, strategies, challenges, and requirements
• Customer acumen - proactively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth,
technology strategy and competitive landscape.
• Assemble, prepare, and orchestrate a virtual pursuit team consisting of Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Product Management, Executives, and Strategic Partners and other relevant roles so that GT Nexus solutions are optimally positioned in an account

Qualifications:

• Experience, and proven track record, in selling high value, long lead time enterprise supply chain solutions ($1M and above, 6-12 months sales cycle transaction duration)
• Trained, versed, and a practitioner in complex solution selling methodologies
