POSITION: Account Manager - Hospitality
LOCATION: Germany
SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for software sales to achieve both company and personal quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads, managing of assigned accounts, and understanding customers’ business issues and design strategies. This individual has advanced knowledge of the Hospitality products and wide latitude for independent actions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (% OF TIME ON EACH):
90% Responsible for generating revenue for assigned territory and accounts:
o Focus is on PMS (Property Management Systems) => namely Infor HMS Cloud
o Use formal professional selling practices and tools
o Nurture the customer by providing value added solutions
o Contribute to Strategic and Tactical decisions about Marketing and Selling strategies
o Serves as key point of contact for assigned customers
10% Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• BS/BA in business or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Advanced knowledge of Hospitality products and how to apply them to solving business problems
• Knowledge of the hospitality business and use of PMS systems
• Hospitality industry knowledge and the ability to articulate how to solve predefined business issues using
Infor products and services
• Knowledge of hotel budget cycle and technology
• Must have an active network of contacts to leverage existing client relationships
• A proven performer in the hospitality industry, with a track record of targeting and closing new accounts
• Outstanding verbal and writing, communications and interpersonal skills in both Germany and English is
essential
• Flexible in travel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting
• Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team
• Ability to resolve complex problems
• An effective sales team member that has the ability to work well with Sales team, Consulting, Customer
