Your Responsibilities / Activities:
• Conducting research/resume/skills searches within ICS Delivery Partners to identify potential subcontract options based on client specific needs, resource availability, skills required, level/rate required, and geographical location
• Working to fill any open positions on projects in order to maximize utilization and revenue (with guidance from the Manager of Consulting 3rd Party Management). This will involve proactively and working with Delivery Partners to fill open positions when all other internal options have been exhausted.
• Comply and assist RPMs and 3PM leadership team with Subcontractor Management Processes
• Maintain the data accuracy and workflow in 3rd Party Management tools
• Generating reports for the 3PM leadership team and business units on actual and projected use of subcontractors for projects, including trends of use by region, product, margin, etc.
• Ensuring all resource requests comply with process and system requirements
• Responding to and sourcing all resource requests assigned to the 3rd Party Sourcing Specialist in Polaris with guidance from Manager. This includes the workflow of the resource request, proposed options, contracting subcontractor, and closing the request.
Your education, experience & skills which makes You The One:
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five to eight years of prior work experience preferably in a consulting or professional services firm with experience ideally in 3rd party sourcing, resource management and/or recruiting
• Proficient in using specialized 3rd party sourcing and resource scheduling tools and other Microsoft applications such as Excel, Access, and Project
• Strong understanding of the policies of a professional services firm
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of team and execute across multiple assignments/people and tasks
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High initiative, flexibility, and adaptability are also skills critical for success
