To support the aggressive growth of our European Infor Consulting Services (ICS) sales team, we are searching for ambitious Sales Desk Representatives that can hit the ground running. Your Role The Sales Desk Representative role is the perfect starting point for a career in Technology. Not a high degree of technical knowledge is required to be successful. We will train you to understand Services offerings and to manage intricate processes that require both individual leadership as well as collaboration across departments. You will be part of a small tightly-knit team based in Wroclaw - Poland, working with French regional Sales, Services Delivery, Legal and directly with French speaking Customers to build contractual offers that help address our customers’ business needs. This requires a sharp mind, a good eye for detail and extensive interaction with Internal Departments to make sure all planned work is documented correctly and follows internal procedures. For the right candidate this is an excellent opportunity to learn Technology Services from the ground up. 1 – 6 Months • Learn Infor portfolio and Services offerings at a high level • Learn the internal tools, necessary to handle Contract requests • Build relationships with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal stakeholders • Meet goals in delivering Contracts in a timely and efficient manner 6 – 18 Months • Build on your product/ industry knowledge • Growing direct engagements with Customers for standard service requests • Work with a mentor to set goals for your career development, e.g. in Inside Sales or other Infor Departments Position Summary As an ICS Sales Desk Representative, you will be managing processes to support agreements between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers. The ICS Sales Desk is responsible for smaller and less complex transactions. Key Areas of Responsibility • Prepare Contracts for ICS projects, and build productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams to drive agreement efficiencies and facilitate deal closure • Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision • Comply with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders and report progress • Ensure compliance with published Pricing, Sales and Business Approval policies • Build on customer relationships, gaining commitment and ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal Sales with regards to process and pricing requirements Desired Skills & Experience • Fluent French in speech and writing, with English as a strong second language. Any additional European language is considered a benefit • Bachelor’s Degree or similar required, technical discipline preferred • Services and/or Sales Background Experience preferred • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills • MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required • Customer-oriented approach • Strong teaming skills and demonstration of proactive leadership • Ability to develop senior level business relationships
