Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling the full CX Suite. As Infor have a large installed base of customers, the focus will be on cross sales, but also on new names. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with different teams, like the Strategic Accounts Team, Manufacturing & Distribution Teams and Net New. He/she must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage with the sales teams to identify Target Accounts, qualify opportunities and close deals with existing
Infor customers and new names. Leads will also be provided by our BDR team.
• Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development,
professional services, lead generation, partners and support.
• Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients. Cross sell into the ERP division of ERP Customer base.
• Work closely with professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies for your region.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Prepare and present sales contracts with our Deal Desk.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
• Participate in sales events.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

Required Skills & Education:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following essential skills, knowledge and attributes:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of successful CPQ, CRM or similar software sales
• Experience with automation of sales-, quoting- and marketing processes in the discrete manufacturing is
required.
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hunter-mentality, able to win new logos
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level
executives
• A team player with the ability to lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal
relationships
• Ability to work with multiple customers of all sizes
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and verbal in native
German and professional English.
• Willingness to travel
