This is an exciting ASEAN opportunity to drive growth across our Infor Hospitality product range.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will ESTABLISH contacts, BUILD positive relationships with C-level decision makers, and ultimately ACHIEVE quarterly & annual financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
-Participate in the creation of the business plan for the business unit.
-Direct selling of new software licenses.
-Work with and build on the current Channel Network to drive partner on software license deals.
-Effective collaboration with other sales business partners in the allocated territory.
-Overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated territory; including setting sales strategies & policies; control of the business partners; achievement of agreed sales volumes; and the development of future sales plans.
-Maintaining eSales CRM and submitting required sales reporting to the respective Sales Director.
-Manage escalated customer complaints.
-Communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded.
-Provide sales, technology and business related expertise particularly in the relevant Industry.
Requirements:
-Degree holder.
-Minimum 5 years proven sales track record in Enterprise level ERP, CRM, or Supply Chain software products.
-Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively in another ASEAN language is an added advantage.
-Enjoys regional travel upto 30%
