BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
A vacancy has arisen within the Channel Team for the above position.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will ideally be based in the southern half of the country and fulfil a varied and broad based role managing the sales relationship with our channel Partners in that region.
Main responsibilities include:
o Creating a professional and ongoing relationship with the Partner channel.
o Work in conjunction with the Partners to develop and implement their Sales and Marketing plans and product presentation skills to assist in attaining the Sales target.
o Provision of accurate and timely forecasting and pipeline information.
o Attend company exhibitions, seminars and product launches as and when required.
o Maintain Partner focus on proactive marketing.
o Work and communicate with colleagues within the sales team and elsewhere within the organisation to ensure company objectives are met.
o Achieve sales targets in conjunction with other Business Development Managers.
Ideally you should possess excellent communication skills, have an understanding of channel sales, together with knowledge of the range of Pegasus accounting products. Previous Account Management and development skills are desirable, together with good presentation skills. Product training will be provided where necessary
