Inside Sales Manager Infor Consulting Services Role Purpose A newly created role to focus on Infor’s EMEA region. As an Inside Sales Manager with Infor Consulting Services, you will be responsible for managing a team of (circ. 16) Inside Sales Account Executives who are located throughout the EMEA region. This is a quota-carrying sales management role with the responsibility for enabling and leading your team to exceed quota in consulting bookings with both net new customers and the existing Infor customer base. You will manage the team through territory coverage, successful forecasting, and assisting in driving specific deals through to signature. Company Overview Love your work! For additional information, visit www.infor.com. Main Responsibilities •Managing and providing sales leadership to a team of Inside Sales reps. Help them to succeed in the following areas: oBuilding credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts and net new logos in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities. oLearning and presenting the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions and ICS offerings within a specific family of products or within a specific industry. oFrequently work in a team environment with Field Client Partners, with ICS Delivery leadership, and ICS Solution Architects. oUtilizing and accurately updating Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems (Salesforce.com). oPreparing and presenting quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews. •Lead sales campaigns through direct sales, marketing, and delivery to drive both net new business and building new leads with existing customers. •Achieve and exceed monthly & annual quota. •Develop, recruit, and train successful Inside Sales reps. •Assign territories and allocate quotas relative to territory makeup and corporate objectives. •Conduct weekly forecasting and progress meetings with each sales representative. •Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within territory. This includes regular forecasts to the Regional Vice President. •Hold weekly sales meetings with your sales team, topics including sales training, process training, best practices sharing, and ICS offerings, etc. •Regular evaluation of performance to motivate and enhance effectiveness. •Occasional travel required for training and sales meetings, etc. Desired Skills & Experience •Bachelor’s Degree required, technical discipline strongly preferred •Proven experience of success in sales management. •Proven success in solution sales environment, managing complex accounts •Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms •Demonstrates ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology & contractual hurdles to close business •Customer-oriented approach •Strong teaming skills and demonstrates proactive leadership •Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills •Demonstrates performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach •Ability to develop senior level business relationships •Demonstrates success in managing account relationships and in securing new business To Apply •Please send your CV/Resume to james.leonard@infor.com, putting Inside Sales Manager in the subject heading.
