Job Description
Infor are winning many new customers in Norway and we are therefore increasing our team of implementation consultants.
We are currently recruiting experienced Senior & Principal Business Consultants within the supply chain, logistics or manufacturing domain.
We are welcoming consultants without prior experience with the Infor M3 product line and will provide adequate Infor M3 product training.
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in and later lead the implementation of supply chain, logistics (inbound/outbound) or manufacturing modules within ERP implementations
• Provide domain expertise and “best practice” recommendations.
• Analysis of customers business processes and design of Infor M3 to meet these
• Provide consultative guidance and assistance directly to customers – both at management level and directly to users - in a professional and organised manner.
• Provide leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching and skills development to others giving performance feedback and assignment reviews.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• ERP project implementation experience including several full-life cycle implementations with Infor M3 or other ERP systems.
• Good experience with areas like supply chain, inbound and outbound logistics and manufacturing.
• Professional consultants skills and appearance
• Used to be working in a structured manner and be following a methodology
• Excellent communication skills (Norwegian and English oral and written).
• Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
• Good problem solving and analytic skills.
