THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a senior UX designer to join the Infor Product Development team and contribute to the development of Infor products and solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience working as a UX designer, usability analyst, usability expert, or similar. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create a wide variety of applications for different platforms, from traditional rich clients to cutting-edge responsive web applications and mobile clients.

THE POSITION
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about their work and have proven experience in creating software that is both visually appealing and user friendly. The job includes the following responsibilities:
• Analysis of business and usability requirements
• Target group analysis
• Concept development and specification of user interaction and the user interface
• Prototype development
• Expert evaluation and user testing at client site
The position is located near Stockholm in Kista. You will be part of a team specializing in interaction design, usability analysis, and graphic design.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• At least 5 years’ experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, usability expert, or similar position in the software industry
• Academic degree in interaction design, cognitive science, human factors and engineering psychology, or similar
• High proficiency in English and Swedish, both oral and written
As a senior usability analyst, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and business users. In some cases, you will represent the face of the company to customers. We therefore highly value your personal qualities and a collaborative spirit. To excel in this role you must be a good listener, be creative, take initiative, and take personal responsibility for your work.
