Infor is growing, and now we have the need of another HR Advisor to our Nordic HR Team. The position reports to the Senior HR Manager Nordics and is based, with the rest of the HR Team, in our Kista office, Sweden.
The Nordic HR Team, which will be a team of five, looks after Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway with a total of 560 employees. Even though the position is based in Sweden, and we expect you to know Swedish, please keep in mind that we work in an international environment, where English is a natural part of our conversation (since more than 50% of the managers of Nordic employees are located outside the Nordic region).
The HR Team handles general issues regarding labor law, work environment, compensation and benefits, rehabilitation, pension, performance, union relations, and employee and manager relations. In Sweden, Infor has a Collective Bargaining Agreement which governs many of our employee processes. As in all HR positions, this position includes a fair amount of HR administration.
Desired Skills and Experience
The right person has an HR degree (or similar) from a university, and has 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably from an international company. We don’t expect you to have expert knowledge or have worked with all areas within HR, but we do expect you to be an HR generalist who wants to grow and develop within many of the areas mentioned above.
