Job Description
Infor is actively recruiting experienced consultants to join our Infor Consulting Services team in Sweden. The successful candidate(s) will be based at one of our Swedish offices and will work in our ERP implementation projects throughout Sweden, and the rest of EMEA.
Locations: Stockholm, Linkoping, Malmo or Gothenburg
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide consultative guidance and assistance directly to users of M3 products in a professional and organized
manner, using application knowledge in accordance with the Infor M3 Implementation Methodology.
• Effectively apply deep Infor M3 functional knowledge to Infor’s larger delivery projects that are complex in nature
and require senior leadership.
• Provide clients with Infor M3 and industry consulting expertise and “best practice” recommendations
• Provide leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching and skills development to others giving
performance feedback and assignment reviews.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Experience from Infor M3 or other ERP project implementations, including full-life cycle implementations
• Experience of one or more industry segments – Fashion, Food, Distribution, Manufacturing, Chemical or
Equipment
• Detailed implementation knowledge in one or more of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement; or Manufacturing
and Planning; or Customer Sales Management; or Service and Rental
• Excellent communication skills (English + native language oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills & time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated
• Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
• Good problem solving and analytic skills.
• The majority of your time will be spent in Northern Europe, but there will be a requirement to support activities in other countries within region. Due to the nature of our work you may be expected to travel at short notice and must hold a current EC passport.
