Job Profile
Infor is actively recruiting experienced Solution Architects to join our Infor Consulting Services team in Sweden. The successful candidate(s) will be based out of one of our Swedish offices and will work in our implementation projects throughout Sweden, and the rest of EMEA.
Locations: Stockholm, Linköping, Malmo or Gothenburg
Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible for translating the customer's business vision and strategy into effective enterprise-level business process change
· Ensure that Infor Consulting Services delivers correctly architected solutions for the Infor product suite according to industry reference architectures.
· Provide solution oversight for large scale ERP software implementation projects and provides support in the sales process to ensure that what is envisaged as the solution is correctly translated and detailed for delivery.
· Manage relations with consultants, developers, operational personnel and technology leadership within prospect organizations.
· Provide feedback on product features and priorities to the product management and development team
· Provide consultative guidance and assistance directly to users of Infor ERP products in a professional and organized manner, using detailed application knowledge in accordance with the Infor ERP Implementation Methodology.
· Effectively apply deep Infor ERP functional knowledge to Infor’s delivery projects that are complex in nature and require consulting leadership.
· Provide clients with Infor ERP and industry consulting expertise and “best practice” recommendations
· Provide consulting leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching and skills development to others giving performance feedback and assignment reviews.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Deep experience of implementing business process change through software solutions especially of one or more industry segments – Fashion, Food, Distribution, Manufacturing, Chemical or Equipment
· Detailed implementation experience Infor M3.
· Experience of several full project life-cycle implementations.
· Detailed implementation knowledge in one or more of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement; or Manufacturing and Planning; or Customer Sales Management; or Service and Rental
· Excellent communication skills (English + Swedish oral and written).
· Strong organizational skills & time management skills
· Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated
· Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
· Excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
