Gabriel Goncalves, President and CEO
Gabriel Goncalves, the founder of PeopleAnswers, has a proven track record in the technology arena for identifying market opportunities, bringing together solid management teams, and driving success. Prior to PeopleAnswers, Goncalves co-founded HomeTracker, a successful asset management software company administering tens of thousands of properties in real estate portfolios. Goncalves also founded, built, and sold Erapmus, Inc., a professional services firm that provided outsourced network services nationwide. Goncalves is an active member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and serves on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards. He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Jason Taylor, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer
Jason Taylor has spent his career developing, implementing, and validating Industrial/Organizational psychology-based leadership processes in areas such as employee selection, soft skills training, executive coaching, and process refinement. Taylor has the practical knowledge of having been part of the prior development of several artificial intelligence assessment systems. He comes to PeopleAnswers from Q-Hire, where he served as their VP of Development. Dr. Taylor has a Ph.D. in Leadership Education and Development from Texas A&M University.

Mark Ellis, Chief Technology Officer
Mark Ellis has extensive experience designing and building complex e-commerce systems. Grounded on the fundamentals of computer systems development at MIT, Ellis has the experience of architecting and implementing complex, scalable web-based systems. Prior to PeopleAnswers, Ellis was the VP of Engineering at Service Lane, where he led that company's web-based development efforts. Ellis has a B. S. in Computer Science and Applied Math from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Ira Grossman, Chief Operating Officer
Ira Grossman has provided rock-solid leadership in operational excellence for several technology-focused businesses. Grossman’s career has been centered on the application of quantitative methods to enhance the performance of client systems. Before joining PeopleAnswers, Grossman founded and developed two technology companies. He was President of Emergeon, LLC, a professional services firm specializing in metrics-based solutions to simulate and predict on-target software delivery for its clients in the financial services sector. Prior to Emergeon, Grossman was President and COO of QSM Associates, Inc., who specialized in software productivity management, metrics, and lifecycle modeling with an extensive list of Fortune 500 clients. Grossman holds a degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York.
Simon Jeacock, Sr. Vice President Sales & Marketing
Simon Jeacock's record of success spans 20 years of sales management experience in roles with both national and international scope. He previously worked with SAP, the world’s largest business software company, as Senior Vice President and General Manager, driving SAP’s sales expansion within multiple verticals. Prior to SAP, Jeacock served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, at Servigistics, where he helped the company increase in size 10-fold in only three years. Prior to that, Mr. Jeacock was Senior Vice President of Sales for i2 Technologies for eight years. Jeacock holds an Engineering & Business Studies Honors Degree from England’s Sheffield Hallam University.
Rhonda Sanchez, Vice President Finance
Rhonda Sanchez has spent her career providing financial leadership to fast growing, entrepreneurial businesses. Rhonda began her career with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Division earning the Senior Manager position prior to transitioning to Controller and VP-Finance positions with Valhi Inc (NYSE: VHI), OnRamp Technologies, NTT-Verio, and SensorLogic. Additionally, she has several years’ experience consulting on a one-to-one basis with entrepreneurs and start up entities in the Internet and SaaS space. Rhonda has a Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Illinois.
