What is PeopleAnswers?

PeopleAnswers gives you unparalleled insight into job applicants and existing employees. Our 100% web-based software application compares a candidate’s Behavioral DNA™ against our validated Best Practice Profiles or against your custom-developed Top Performer Profiles™.

Our software identifies the key behavioral traits in your premium employees that made them your top performers. You can then seek these specific traits in new applicants, thereby filling your roster with the best and brightest. PeopleAnswers’ software also optimizes your work force by evaluating and matching employees to the position best suited to their skills and characteristics.

Here’s how it works:
  1. PeopleAnswers invites job candidates or current employees to complete a test online.

    Our testing instruments are compiled from the most validated and respected tools in the industry, guaranteeing greater accuracy and reliability. Tests are taken online, allowing the candidate to complete them at their leisure and wherever they are located.


  2. PeopleAnswers processes the test results and records the unique Behavioral DNA of each candidate.

    Almost 50 different psychological dimensions are plotted as part of a candidate’s Behavioral DNA
    (2 to 10 times more than our competition). This information is permanently recorded in our secure database.


  3. PeopleAnswers compares the candidate’s Behavioral DNA with the requirements of one or multiple jobs.

    Ideal Profiles store the optimal behavioral characteristics for each job. There are two main types of profiles: Best Practice Profiles which come pre-loaded in the system and cover most companies’ needs, and Top Performer Profiles which are custom-developed for your company through an automated system.
