Position Overview
Directs all sales and operational back-office administration through regional administrative and audit teams to support branch-based residential and commercial sales and services. Oversees the implementation of technology changes/enhancements impacting branch operations. Leads administrative process re-engineering to drive efficiencies and improve performance.
Responsibilities
• Directs regional management teams in the back-office administration of sales and operational processes to support the execution of company strategies. Designs, develops and implements short and long-term goals and business plans aligned with overall company goals.
• Prepares and manages department budgets, staffing models and associated expenses.
• Ensures the measurement, monitoring, compliance and optimization of business processes.
• Re-engineers administrative processes to streamline work, reduce labor expense and ultimately improve customer experience.
• Oversees the development of business requirements to drive changes and enhancements to technology platforms used by administrative teams.
• Oversees the design, tracking, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Supports talent development programs and initiatives to ensure preparedness of management and staff to support the business.
• Frequently travels to regional administrative centers for meetings and training.
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of business operations support experience within a customer service focused organization required. Management experience within a geographically-distributed organization required.
• Financial and business process management experience required.
• Valid, permanent driver’s license from state of residence and a clean driving record, defined as no DUI-related violations within the past five years and no more than three moving violations within the past three years, are required. Current liability auto insurance required.
